To workout or not to workout? That is the question. Do
muscles really matter? Most dating coaches would tell you no.
But the truth is, it does to an extent.
While its true most girls dont care if their loves
like firefighters or not, there are still many benefits to
working out at the gym:
1) Men who can find the time to workout are generally more
in control of their lives. And girls know this too.
2) Having a lean body can do wonders to your confidence.
3) Exercise can make you healthier and you will be able to
enjoy the ladies longer. (No pun intended?)
Also, it seems women who are from the lower class enjoy
men with big muscles while people from the mid to upper class
tend to love men who are slim, dark and intelligent. Hence,
if youre a muscle hunk strippers may find your more attractive
then a lawyer might.
But of course, all woman hate men who are too obsessed
with body-building because it is a sign of insecurity. Keep
that in mind before you go off and become a total gym-rat!
And now...here's something that's even more important
than muscles: personality.
Women LOVE a charming man with a great personality.
They are magnetically attracted to men who are dominant,
confident, and strong.
